Soya TVP

Textured Soya Protein, also known as Soya TSP or Soya TVP, is made from Soya Protein by giving it some texture.

Soya TVP is available in different forms, including Chunks, Nuggets and Granules. Soya TVP is known to retain its structure when hydrated. When Hydrated, Soya TVP gives an appearance which is similar to that of processed meat. Therefore, it can be used as a meat replacement or can be added to meat.
